Refection: I believe this quote means that if you do the
right things your self-respect, dignity, integrity, and self-esteem will all go
up. If you do the wrong things than you will be lacking in each of the things
that give you confidence. For example say you help someone with their homework
than your self-esteem will go up but if you don’t your self-esteem won’t go up
it’ll stay the same. In conclusion you should always CTR and these will be your
rewards: Self-respect, dignity, integrity, and self-esteem.
