Top 5 Heart Health Tips
1.   Keep a healthy diet.
2.   Avoid smoking.
3.   Keep an active lifestyle.
4.   Maintain a healthy body weight.
5.   Reduce your stress.
                         
I plan to get more sleep and to reduce the amount of fats that I eat. People around my house do smoke sometimes and I do my best to try to avoid them. I need to gain more body weight. I also need to reduce the amount of stress that I have because I have been really stressed lately.
