Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon
Duties and Responsibilities:
Otolaryngology is the oldest medical specialty in the United States. Otolaryngologists are physicians trained in the medical and surgical management and treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat (ENT), and related structures of the head and neck. They are commonly referred to as ENT physicians.
Average Salary: $300,000- $400,000
Education:
Following residency training, some otolaryngologists complete an advanced sub-specialty Fellowship where training can be 1–2 years in duration.

ENT Surgeons have to complete at least five years of surgical residency training. This is composed of one year in general surgical training and four years in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery. Following residency training, some otolaryngologists complete an advanced sub-specialty Fellowship where training can be 1–2 years in duration.

I would like to work in this field because they get to treat the throat.
